Emma Fuss is an Australian artist.
From her home studio overlooking a bush block just outside Port Lincoln, SA, Emma creates beautiful still life and portraiture works.
Having studied a Bachelor of Visual Communication at UniSA, Emma worked as a graphic designer and illustrator for several years before discovering a love of painting.
Emma paints almost daily, working predominantly in oil paint on canvas or panel. She uses pieces from her stash of vintage fabrics, clippings from roadside plants, treasured books and simple domestic items to furnish her still life arrangements. Emma aims to capture the brief moments of beauty and silence in everyday domestic life with her signature painterly style.
Following sell-out exhibitions for Eyre Peninsula's SALT Festival in both 2017 and 2018, Emma has established a loyal following both locally and interstate. Her paintings have been recognised in local art awards and her practice continues to evolve.
